First-timer! Highly recommend the chicken combo with Puerto Rican rice (easily feeds two) and mofongo with shrimp! Also tried the permit sandwich...everything was delicious. Not too salty as others reviewers forewarned. I hope the owner stays in business for years to come! Next time, we will catch a Thursday so we can enjoy the birria tacos special

The staff is super friendly and enthusiastic about their food. We had a vegan with gluten allergies with us and the staff member explained what could be eaten safely. The food is full of flavor and spice. I got the spicy steak sandwich and the bread was fresh and the steak was tender and full of flavor with lots of cheese. Everything has the right level of fried goodness and none of it is greasy. The cajun fries were delicious as well as the rest of the food. Whether you get their food from their food truck or their restaurant, the food has been on point and amazingly delicious. There is a reason why they are so busy. We will be back on Thursday to get the birria tacos again also. UPDATE # 1: We visited Mamacita's again today for their birria tacos and quesadillas and they were AWESOME! Thank you! UPDATE # 2: It's our third time here and man this place never disappoints!! We had the Mac Tacos today and they were absolute fire! They are so delicious. This place is always busy and for good reason. Mamacita's knows how to serve extraordinary food and provide top-notch service!

Wish there was more seating but that's my only complaint! Food was beyond fantastic, the beef empanada is what dreams are made of! Service was fast and friendly, too. No complaints! Will be back 100%

Food here is always fantastic. The cubano is the best I’ve found in the area and the tacos are great too. The amount of garlic they put in their fries is also awesome as many places never put enough. The rice leaves something to be desired for me, but I’m a big fan of plain white rice or Filipino garlic fried rice so that’s more of a me thing. I’m glad I’m not closer or I’d probably come here too much to the detriment of my waistline.

Was in the Syracuse area and saw that there was a Puerto Rican restaurant so we went to see how it was. Being Puerto Rican I can say the food is amazing authentic flavor pure deliciousness. Arroz gandules was delicious so was the pollo guisado and red beans. Husband has fried pork chunks with arroz con gandules and he said it was delicious. And the beef empanada awesome as well. I felt like I was back in Puerto Rico eating my grandmother’s food. Definitely will be going again . Staff is also awesome.
